03. Returns & Exchanges

As all products are custom-made and created specifically for each customer, returns and exchanges are not accepted once production has begun. Thank you for your understanding.

04. Customization Details

Please provide clear reference photos or detailed instructions when placing your order, including pet photos, color preferences, size requirements, and any other relevant details. This helps us ensure the finished piece meets your expectations. If you have special requests, please contact us in advance for confirmation.

05. Color Variations

Due to the handmade nature of our products and differences in lighting conditions during photography, slight color variations may occur between the finished piece and the images shown. Please consider this before purchasing.

06. Shipping

A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order is shipped. Please monitor the shipment accordingly. If any issues arise during transit, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist. Upon delivery, please record an unboxing video to help protect your order and facilitate any potential claims.

07. After-Sales Support

If your order arrives with a significant quality issue that is not related to normal handmade characteristics, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos or videos as evidence. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
