At Swasion, every piece is handmade and custom-made based on your personal customization requirements. Because of the personalized nature of our products, please carefully review the following policy before placing an order.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Custom Orders
All products are made to order and customized according to the photos, references, and requirements provided by the customer.
Once customization details have been confirmed and production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate customization information and clear reference photos before production begins.
Handmade Characteristics
All products are individually handcrafted by artisans.
Due to the handmade nature of our work, slight variations in color, texture, proportions, shape, brush strokes, or small handmade marks may occur. These are considered part of the artistic and handmade characteristics of the product and are not regarded as defects.
Refunds, returns, or disputes based solely on normal handmade characteristics will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives seriously damaged or significantly different from the confirmed order details, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To process your request, you may be required to provide:
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- An unboxing video
- Order information
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- A partial refund
- A replacement
- A full refund
The final resolution will be determined after review of the evidence provided.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following situations:
- Minor handmade imperfections or artistic variations
- Slight color differences caused by lighting or screen display differences
- Dissatisfaction caused by subjective personal preference
- Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Failure to provide clear customization references before production
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable number of business days depending on your payment provider.
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
Shipping Damage
If your package appears damaged during delivery, please keep all packaging materials and contact us immediately.
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may affect the outcome of the claim.
